We want every guest at Atithi Indian Restaurant & Bar to have a great experience. Here are our guidelines for refunds and returns:
1. Dissatisfaction with Food or Service
Dine-In Orders: If you’re not happy with your food or service while dining with us, let us know. We’ll do our best to make it right by either replacing the item or adjusting your bill.
Takeout Orders: If there’s a problem with your takeout order, please inform us. If the issue wasn’t caused by us, we may not be able to take responsibility.
2. Incorrect Orders
If there’s a mistake in your order, like a missing or wrong item, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to correct it. However, if the issue happened due to the delivery service, we cannot be held responsible.
3. Refund Eligibility
Dine-In Orders: Refunds are available for dine-in orders only. Please keep your receipt as proof, as we may need it for verification.
TTakeout and Delivery Orders: We are unable to offer refunds for takeout or delivery orders.
4. Situations Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued
We don’t offer refunds for matters of personal taste or preferences that weren’t specified at the time of ordering, like spice level or ingredient changes. We are also not responsible for food that isn’t eaten promptly or is mishandled after it’s been picked up or delivered.
5. Processing Refunds
Refunds will go back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your provider, but usually take a few days. In some cases, we may offer cash instead.
